SYNCTECH is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal, which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or their institution.

Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. This is in accordance with the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) definition of open access.

All published articles are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0). This permits anyone to copy, redistribute, remix, transform, and build upon the material in any medium or format, provided that the original work and authors are appropriately credited. The citation must include the article's DOI.
